Overview
13 oz. scrim vinyl is the production standard for outdoor banner printing — the weight balances durability with handleability for hanging and framed display applications. Cooley's Panovis construction uses a balanced polyester scrim that minimizes stretch during print production and on large outdoor panels exposed to wind loading. The coated PVC surface accepts solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV inkjet inks without priming. Edges are heat-weldable for panel seaming and hem fabrication, and grommets set cleanly in the coated scrim edge without reinforcement patches on standard hem widths.
