What We Use and Why
Session Cookies — Required for Login
When you log in to the platform, our authentication provider (Supabase) sets session cookies in your browser to maintain your login state and keep you securely authenticated.

These cookies are strictly necessary. Without them, you cannot log in or stay logged in. They are first-party cookies set by our platform, not by a third party. They are HTTP-only, meaning they cannot be read by JavaScript on the page.

Browser Storage — Quote List
If you browse the platform without a logged-in account and add items to a quote request, those items are saved in your browser's localStorage — a standard browser feature that stores data on your device only.

This data is never transmitted to our servers unless you complete and submit a quote request. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
Browser Storage — Admin and Staff Preferences
If you are a branch administrator or staff member, the platform may save interface preferences in localStorage to improve your experience.

Sidebar collapse state stays on this device only. Pinned favorites are also stored on your user account so they remain until you unpin them.
What We Do Not Use
- No advertising or marketing cookies. We do not use Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising network cookie.
- No behavioral analytics trackers. We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory, or any third-party analytics service that tracks behavior across sites.
- No social media tracking pixels. We do not embed social media buttons or tracking scripts.
- No third-party advertising profiles. We do not build or share advertising profiles from your usage of this platform.
We will update this Policy and notify you before adding any non-essential tracking technology.
How to Control Cookies and Storage
Browser Cookie Settings
You can configure your browser to block, restrict, or delete cookies. Common browser cookie settings:

Important: If you block or delete the session cookies listed above, you will not be able to log in to the platform or maintain an authenticated session. Anonymous browsing of the public catalog will continue to work.
Clearing localStorage
To clear localStorage data for this site, use your browser's Developer Tools (F12) → Application tab → Local Storage, and delete the entries for this domain. Alternatively, clearing all site data in your browser's privacy settings will remove localStorage for this site.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal to websites. Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking or use behavioral advertising cookies, our current practices are consistent with the spirit of DNT regardless of whether this signal is received. We do not currently alter any platform behavior based on DNT signals.
