Overview
Scotchcal 8518 is 3M's gloss overlaminate engineered to pair with IJ180Cv3 and approved cast print films as a complete MCS Warranted system. The UV-absorbing topcoat shields inkjet prints from solar degradation, chalking, and surface abrasion through the rated 8-year outdoor vertical exposure period. Chemical resistance to fuel, oil, car-wash soaps, and road salt makes it the standard choice for fleet, transit, and trailer graphic applications.
