3M IJ180Cv3 is the industry-standard cast print film for fleet graphics and large-format vehicle wrapping. The Cv3 suffix identifies the third generation of Comply v3 adhesive technology — microscopic pressure-activated channels collapse during squeegeeing to release trapped air without piercing. True cast construction conforms to compound curves, door handles, corrugations, and rivets without memory curl or edge lifting. Rated 8-year outdoor vertical durability as part of a 3M MCS Warranted system with Scotchcal 8518 overlaminate.
