Overview
Clear application tape allows visual registration of underlying layout guidelines through the tape during positioning — critical when stacking multiple vinyl colors in layered graphics. The high-tack acrylic adhesive handles low-energy vinyl surfaces, thick cast vinyls, and textured substrates where medium-tack paper tape won't grip consistently. The clear polypropylene backing is slightly more conformable than kraft paper, making it a better choice for gently curved substrates. Use for fine-detail lettering, multi-color registration-critical graphics, and any cast vinyl application where AT-65 medium-tack paper tape doesn't provide consistent grip.
