Overview
Dibond is the original ACM panel — two .012" aluminum skins bonded to a solid polyethylene core. The panel is rigid, flat, and significantly lighter than solid aluminum of equivalent stiffness. The PE core absorbs impact without the panel denting or permanently deforming. Pre-painted PVDF coil-coated surface in White and Brushed Aluminum accepts direct UV inkjet printing on most commercial flatbed platforms without primer. CNC-routable and V-grooving-compatible for dimensional letter construction and fabricated sign panels.
